If you would like to experience a restaurant with real authentic charm and excellent food you must stop at simple natural real foods! On our return trip to Kona after hiking the Waipio Valley we had a delightful late lunch at this uniquely Hawaiian restaurant. Excellent food. Our party of eight ordered individual orders and were served in a prompt... More

The acai bowls were filing and delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our time sitting here and eating after our hike out of the valley.

You don't have to be a health "nut" to enjoy eating here. One in our group is vegan and the other five eat meat on a regular basis. We all enjoyed our lunches; taro pancake, melted sandwiches and soups. The young lady owner did all the work and was very friendly. She takes your orders and does the cooking/preparation herself.... We both had delicious lunches, mine was a melt with avocado, tomato, cheese and pesto. It was melt in your mouth delicious with a wholesome whole grain bread. My partner had the tuna melt which also was very good. The owner was super friendly and the place was quaint and cozy. I would highly recommend this place!

We stopped here for a quick bite while out riding our bikes. We had the Acai bowl with cookie dough and coconut. We didn't know what to expect as we had never had one before. The bowl was aaaamazing, we were raving about it miles down the road after we left. The restaurant had plenty of other menu items that... More

Took the whole family here on our way to Waipio. This is a regular pilgrimage for us and I like to bring my friends here too. Elizabeth, the owner, recognized us, which is cool, since it had been at least a year. She is very outgoing and proud of her establishment and the pride shows in the quality and presentation...
