Nestled in a quiet area of Hilo, the New Saigon has an expansive menu with many items to choose from. The Pho is outstanding as is the shrimp fried rice and vermicelli bowel dishes.

Went here for a dinner. The food was excellent and well worth it—very authentic tasting with good ingredients. Like others, I recommend the beef stew or pho.

I had pan thai noodles with beef,the beef was shredded,with carrot grated,and spinach pieces,worker didn't talk to me when I asked her something,and no restroom,why is that?is it just takeout?tasty dish it was.
Friendly family owned and run restaurant... Don't want to advertise too much as they will get even busier, perhaps they need to open a bigger store... Best ever !!!
