Main dishes are also amazing, but starters, such as the Octopus Carpaccio and the Luxury Shrimps are fantastic.

So happy to hear you enjoyed the Luxury Shrimp, a local favorite! Thank you for mentioning the Main Dishes as well. People love to come to The Kitchen to share smaller bites, but the Main Dishes are full of flavor and great for sharing too! More

Our diners ordered Bouilliabase, delicious seafood in a rich, flavorful broth; the Kitchen Burger with a touch of kimchee was good but could have used a bit more kimchee; the Striped Bass was delicate and delicious, served over perfectly prepared Swiss chard; Dan Dan noodle was very flavorful and spicy and very ample. Appetizers we sampled included delicious falling off... More

Had dinner with my 16 yr old son and a great selection of food on the menu! Hip vibe but also very down to earth. Friendly staff and a great meal. I would highly recommend the restaurant.

We ate here after a recommendation from our snowmobile guide and checking out the menu online. This place is all about the food, decor has an Asian flair, service and atmosphere is fine. We were visiting from Hawaii, enjoy seafood and didn't expect to find a restaurant that compares to some of the finest in this food category. The portions... More

Brilliant dinner as usual. Food was excellent across the board and Jeremy looked after us so well even by moving us to a better table as soon as one became available. Staff were really attentive and we weren't rushed. We love this restaurant and go every year we are visiting Jackson Hole. Thanks guys!! David and Rob

Service here is always friendly. Usually good flavors, but sometimes so-so. The best I've ever had here was their Black Cod, but it has not been on the menu the past couple of years.

Honestly, didn't look good in the beginning. Walked in on a Saturday night and there were 2 people eating in entire place. Came very close to leaving but VERY glad we didn't. Had the calamari fried rice, very tasty. Entree was the pork chop and wow, that was delicious. Friend had the Seared Ahi and said it was delicious as... More

Came here on New Years Eve and were surprised by the vibe – upbeat music but the other guests ranged from skiers fresh from the slopes, to families, to NYE revelers. We had a great meal – my husband said that all of the appetizers he had were all phenomenal – topped off by my favorite dessert of all, the... More

Description
The idea for The Kitchen came from a vision of a restaurant that would provide something different - a refined, yet casual establishment that would provide modern cuisine with a comforting twist. The cuisine at The Kitchen embraces various culinary techniques and ingredients including all natural meats, seasonal vegetables, and sustainable, fresh fish. The presentation is clean, simple and natural. The beautiful and elegant architecture of the building mirrors the concepts in the food. Purchased in June 2005, the old A-frame structured house was renovated to create a space with award-winning design and remarkable ambiance. The modern yet comforting theme led to the bamboo bar and tables, the luminescent eco-panel wave of light, and natural color scheme. An open kitchen design allows for greater connection with guests and offers a personalized experience. Enjoy a large outdoor deck during the long summer nights or sit by the warm fireplace in winter.
