Lovely interior, like out of a retro TV show, but this one is real. Friendly service. Nice downtown views out the big windows. Breakfasts were great. Loved the experience.

Restaurant is next to the Occidental Hotel. Menu is straight forward, not fussy. The meal & service were great, coffee was flowing.
Dishes and silverware was dirty, food was poor, cook came out wearing very dirty clothes, and we were the first people in the restaurant. I am a local and I will never go back. Even the juice was bad.
