I've been going to the Ale House since they remodeled. The food is average and clearly not prepared by a schooled chef. I've been able to identify appetizers and meals that are consistent and pretty good, but it's on a item by item basis. The bartender, David, is outstanding and goes out of his way to take care of you.... More

Not the best food around but acceptable. Service was fairly good and it was a clean place. Great parking area.

We had a family dinner here and it was amazing! The service was outstanding and the food couldn't of been better! The prices were outstanding compared to the portions we received! The Saturday night special of the Mile High Meatloaf was great! My husband and son in law couldn't even finish theirs, had to take home some! I had the... More

We've been to the Ale House a few times, both for dinner and for drinks. The food is excellent and the prices are good. They have a lot of variety for both food and drink. The staff is welcoming and friendly.

My burger was good $10.00. Rueben sandwich was very good $10.00. Walnut cranberry chicken salad for $10.00 very good. Service was excellent and very nice atmosphere. The old fashioned were very weak but nice beer selection .

Large lunch provided at a recent meeting. Loved the mixed vegetables with squash. Chicken was ok. Several choices. Staff was pleasant.

High School Reunion Banquet was held here. The meal was served Family Style at every table. It was a very nice meal with chicken, beef, potatoes, mixed fresh vegetables, salad, rolls, and dessert. The room was large enough to hold everyone and you did not feel closed in. Yes, I would go back and recommend it to others

We had a very enjoyable time sitting on the patio watching the sun go down and the golfers comming off the course. Very peaceful. We began with some tasty adult libations and the sweet Old Fashion with muddled cherries got great reviews. We tried the Seafood Chowder and Sothwestern Chicken soups. Both were home made and delicious. My wife selected... More

Had dinner at the Waupaca Ale House and the food was not very good. Service was very good and the place is nicely remodeled but the taste of the food was not good. Sent one entrée back since it was undercooked and the other entrée was tough beef as special of the day. The dining room was empty at dinner... More
