Great drinks and met nice people at the bar. Cheese curds were good. Bar keep did no really interact with us too much.

For us, this was an ideal blend of hotel and b&b. We loved the personal touches almost as much as we appreciated not having to share platitudes over a communal breakfast. Before I've digested my first meal and coffee in the morning, I have zero interest in chit chat, and the structure of breakfast this inn was just right for... More
The food and the service at the Inn at Cedar Crossing was great. The staff was friendly and eager to offer suggestions regarding their favorite menu choices. My husband and I were fortunate to be staying at the Inn so we enjoyed being able to walk downstairs for drinks and appetizers during the day, as well as dinner in the... More
While staying in Algoma we soon found out that this time of the year most of the restaurants in Algoma are closed on Monday ( except for Subway). They have a beautiful wood bar area which offers a daily happy hour. A great... More
We intentionally returned to this restaurant based on a great experience last year.... sadly, this experience was totally the opposite. We were not even greeted with a 'hello' rather 'reservation?'... like we were annoying the woman behind the counter; no smile, definitely not welcoming; we were seated after 10 minutes and waited for the server to arrive. When she (Carrie)... More
