We went there for the second time especially for their prime rib. It was so good, and so big! If you're in the mood for a great steak in an old fashioned Wisconsin supper club, this is the place for you. Sure, it could use decor updating and more than iceberg lettuce in the salad bar--but this IS an authentic... More

This place has never disappointed! Meals are great and so are the staff! But rumor has it Middle of May 2017 Ted and Amy will no longer own it.. They have sold it! We have not heard if the new owners will be able to hold onto their FANTASTIC Chef and staff or not or what their vision will be... More

Went to dinner at the Green Acres in Sauk City, WI for a gathering of friends. Green Acres is one the supper clubs highlighted in "Wisconsin Supper Clubs – Another Round" by Ron Faiola. So, not only was it going to be a wonderful time with good friends, but an opportunity to taste the food at another grand Wisconsin supper... More

Frequently full, call for reservations to be safe. The food is constantly good. Reminds me of supper clubs of the 1960s, Hasn't changed in at least 25 years.

I stopped here for dinner because the parking lot was overflowing and i was starving on a Friday at 6pm. The wait was over an hour, i sat in the bar and had some overpriced wine. When dinner arrived, the steak i ordered was so tough i couldnt chew it. $10 was taken off my bill for a $20+ steak.... More

I used to go here as a kid with my grandparents and just rediscovered it again through some friends. The food is still amazing and the drinks are strong! Parking can be a challenge but don't let that deter you from an amazing dining expierence!

Green Acres is in our 'backyard' so we eat here occasionally, about 6-8 times a year. It is one of the best supper clubs in the area and is always packed, so best to make reservations, however, they do not take reservations on weekends. We arrived at 5 pm (bar opens at 4 and they start serving at 4:30), we... More

Friday nights are first come first served. The wait is worth it. We all had the fish fry and we were not disappointed.
