We come to this place for special occasions and it never disappoints. The service is great, drinks are awesome and reasonable, the owner is so friendly and welcoming. The food is amazing, so is the salad bar, fresh and delicious! Get reservations for weekends, holidays, or large groups, they are busy! This is our favorite restaurant in Prairie du Chien.

My wife and I visited on a Saturday. Food was all great, exhaustive salad bar. She had salmon, I got a steak. Both were perfectly prepared & delicious. The staff was prompt and friendly, and I enjoyed the throwback '70s ambience. Great experience!

Stopped in on a Friday, plenty of room for customers, asked for a specific table, the server walked us to a very comfortable spot and let us choose our own seating! The food was great, the service was great, pricing was not outrageous for a Supper Club, will definitely stop in again!

Made a trip to Cabelas and looking for somewhere for dinner on a saturday night. Almost felt under dressed as it was a nice environment. Our server was Tina and she was great. She suggested some good drinks for the kids that they loved and I hadn't had in so long I forgot about. Salad bar was good and my... More

This is a nice, old fashioned Wisconsin supper club. Aged steaks are displayed in cooler case as you come in the door. The salad bar contains all the wonderful salad fixings along with pasta salad, beets, herring, and a nightly soup selection. The wait staff was great and the drinks were mighty fine. The wonderful NY Strip steak I was... More

This place has the best steak available in town. That is not really that high of praise but they are pretty good. They had a really cool 32oz bone-in monster steak which my husband got, so that was interesting. He said it was good, if a bit on the fatty side. We are used to upscale dining in larger cities,... Several years ago ate here a couple times a year. I had shrimp which was definitely quality shrimp.......but had a lot of under cooked breading on it. My boyfriend had a steak that he felt was ok, but not impressive. Salad bar was nice, though the lettuce needs to be smaller then 5 inch chunks. Salads and cheese at end... More

This is best restaurant in our city. Specializes in Angus steaks that are delicious, tender. You can either dress up or dress down. Has a bar while you wait to be seated. Prices are good for the great quality you get. Has a great salad bar. Each meal comes with a fresh baked mini loaf of bread. Service is impeccable...

My husband and I visited with good friends this past weekend. My husband ordered the seafood platter and it was truly amazing. The market price was around $50 and it was well worth it. The crab leg was the biggest I have ever seen in a restaurant (remind me of Deadliest Catch). The shrimp were also huge and very lightly... More

Great old steakhouse with an excellent salad bar (very varied) and good steaks. The decor does take you back in time a bit, but the food was very good, as was the service.
