My husband was excited to go to the The Ice Bar (Fire and Ice Lounge) at the Baker House. It had sculptures, tables, and a bar made of ice and is only available a couple of weeks in February. We went in a Friday and my husband paid the VIP price of $25 that included parking and two drink tokens... More

Dear Seasoned, We appreciate your review. Our Ice Bar is held for only 2 weekends once a year and it is very difficult to forecast peak times for crowds. This was our 1st year offering the VIP ticket which offered our hotel guests and those who wanted to purchase the upgrade to not have to ever wait on line, enjoy... More

We stayed in the Bordeaux Room during Winterfest. The hotel is beautiful, the room was quant. Each night they placed some type of furry hot water bottles on our bed, undead our sheets which made them so warm and wonderful to crawl into. Especially as we snacked on the wonderful little pastries they placed in the room. The bed was... More

First, do not come here thinking that you are actually going to take a " tour" . For the price that you pay, I was shocked what you actually experience. There were about 50 people for this past Saturday for high tea. We all were guided into a bar/ pallor and told a story for about 20 minutes. We were... More

Dear Jeri, I am so sorry you were disappointed this past weekend during Winterfest ( the busiest weekend of the year in Lake Geneva) we had unusually high numbers and unfortunately our docent was unexpectedly out sick with pneumonia. When we have large groups we like to split them into two groups so there is plenty of room to really... More

Had a great time learning the Baker House history with my 13 year old girls. Greatly enjoyed afternoon tea and delectables. Reasonably priced and friendly staff. We all loved the hat selection and will return again soon!

This brunch is one of those experiences that makes you upset with yourself for not trying sooner. The Baker House is an amazing piece of property, full of historical artifacts and history that make your email that much more special. All guests are encourage to don one of the historically appropriate hats that decorate the walls. The food is extraordinary.... More

I consider myself a food snob of the highest order, my foodie gene runs deep and I have standards well beyond my own means. The Sunday Brunch at Baker House leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. There is not a single solitary improvement that could be made. So much genuine care and attention is given to every detail from the... More

We weren't sure where to eat for Sunday brunch, so I looked at Trip Advisor and this was recommended. The food is all made from scratch and tastes delicious. The waitress was great and kept our champagne glasses full. They had breakfast and dinner items along with delicious soup and many desserts. They also had a chocolate fountain and fruit... More

We were thoroughly delighted with our brunch today. Everything from the house itself to the food was wonderful. Our hostess and waitress were extremely attentive even bringing us new desserts when they replenished the dessert table. We had a window table overlooking the lake and found the whole atmosphere relaxing and special. We can't wait to take friends and share... More

We went to the bar for an after dinner drink. The bar is small but very cozy. Bartender was friendly. It is dark in the bar creating a nice atmosphere.
