We enjoy this restaurant and Winery so much we don't mind driving an hour from Green Bay to get there. We belong to the wine club and enjoy taking friends to the restaurant for their first visit. If you are in the Kohler/Sheboygan area, this should be high on your list of places to visit.

We took a short weekend to explore the area and visited The Blind Horse Restaurant last Friday. Since we didn't have a reservation, we went as soon as they opened and hoped for the best. We were seated in a cozy room with a bay window and a fire in the fireplace. Our waiter, Jacob, was attentive, well informed and... More

Soup was bland, the cheesecake for dessert was dry and the waiter was slow. We have been here many times before, and always get a table in the front room. Not sure what it takes to get a table by the fireplace.

We ate at The Blind Horse on a Monday evening in Feb, it was not busy but there were other tables of patrons there while we ate. Our server gave us excellent service and from what we could see, he did as well to all of the others. A wonderful menu with great combinations of flavors. Everything is extremely fresh... More

Given an opportunity to leave our kids with family and enjoy a date night, my husband and I went to The Blind Horse. Neither of us had been there before, and we relied on good reviews; we were not disappointed. Even in the middle of winter, the setting was charming, with twinkle lights wrapped around mature trees, and terraces leading... More

While visiting in town, all the local suggested that this was the place to go. What a perfect visit and unbelievable property. I highly recommend that you stop in the winery and taste the fantastic wines that are made there. They source their grapes from California...it is like drinking wine in Napa Valley. The restaurant is truly a gem. They... More

Have visited a few times, most recently Valentine's Day 2017. Ambiance, food, service have never disappointed. A good choice for special occasions as well as just a night out at a nice restaurant. The menu includes full meals as well as sandwiches and items for smaller appetites. Try to arrive early enough to have a glass of wine at The... More

This is a quaint restaurant with great ambiance and great drinks. The staff is phenomenal. I would have given it 5 stars but I ordered the steak and it was only OK. Everyone else loved their meals. This is a great place to take a date or for a special occasion.

We visited the Blind Horse restaurant for our 9 year anniversary yesterday. We were immediately seated in a cozy dining area. The decor was beautiful. A fireplace was warming the room, the stone walls and wood beams added to the "winery" aesthetic, which was really nice. Our waitress, Rachel, was very sweet, and even took extra time to ensure certain... More

My wife and I recently had dinner here, and it was just ok. The drinks were very good, I had the Sinatra Smash and my wife had a berry martini. The service was friendly but seemed like she was always in a hurry, it was not very full. The food was good. We ordered the Napa Ragu, and while it... More
