We have been here multiple times and the service is usually excellent. I would not come on a weekday afternoon again. Slow service and there were only 4 tables of people on our half of the restaurant. Waited quite some time just to place a drink order and the overall service of the waitress was subpar.

There always seem to be a wait when we go here but it is good. The onion tower is very good, The fries are always good and they are unlimited but some waiters/waitresses are better at offering more than others. The burgers are good but they no longer offer onion straws on the burger which used to be good. Their... More

We have been here before and this place is always so loud like being in a gym with kids yelling you can not have a relaxing meal here. The food quality and service has changed and not for the good Bergers were Greasy and not worth the price you pay Not enough employees so depend on one to handle too... More

Need I say more?? I guess I will! The fries are amazing. I love the seasoning on them and you get a choice of dipping sauce which taste so good! And the fries are bottomless!! My freckled lemonade was very good! Fresh strawberries in lemonade! Which is also bottomless, makes it even better! I believe a few different beverages are... More

Hadn't been here in quite a while so I was eager to return. The portions are smaller than in the past but still adequate. The bottomless fries are available if the burger doesn't do it for you. I tried the double tavern burger and substituted the french onion soup for fries. Big mistake! The soup arrived at the same time... More

I have been to many Red Robin's all over the state and in other states. This one is the worse. The service couldn't have been worse and they weren't even that busy. Our waiter never checked on us, we had an appointment to get to and we were there for two hours. There is no sense in service being that... More

Meal was amazing. Burger stuffed with Mac n cheese. Service was not very good. Waitress hardly ever came back to check on us. Had bottomless fries she only came around once to ask if we wanted more. And when she brought us the fries there were probably about 8 of them. Asked her for more when she passed by us
