Stopped here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised to learn they offered brunch. We ordered the Carnivore omelet and stuffed french toast. Very good size portion. Came in respectable amount of time especially since it was very busy. Would also recommend the Jameson Jolt if you are a coffee lover. Definitely an eye opener but in a tasty way.

My definition of a perfect fish fry is golden brown, firm, very hot, melt in your mouth. If that is what you want, you'll find it here. Expect to wait about a half hour on Friday around 6 pm but a beer at the bar makes that time fly by.

I'm giving this restaurant a 5 for its living up to its great pub food! The Rueben is the best I've had anywhere thus far - I'm in my 40's and Irish! It has chunks of corned beef rather than the thin slices that some restaurants serve. Order the homemade chips and you are good to go! My 10 year... More

Went to lunch with a large group. Expected to have a long wait to be served but was surprised when it didn't take very long, considering how busy they were. Good food and good service.

After an afternoon at the Milwaukee Public Museum we chose to stop here on our way back to my son's home. There we 6 of us 2 being under 6. We were promptly seated. Our waitress arrived and identified herself as Isabel. She took our drink orders reminding us that there were no free refills on lemonade. She returned after... More

We've been to Water Street Brewery several times. It's always been OK - nothing special but good, not great food. Tonight several things happened that means my wife and I, along with our four friends, will not be back. The food again was OK, but it's always the little things that take away from a dining experience. In this case,... More

Tried the amber ale, which was a great accompaniment to my BBQ burger. Undecided what brew to order, my server provided a couple of options to sample taste, making the decision easier to make without having to order a whole pint. The burger came cooked as requested, with plenty to eat. The house made chips were good and crunchy. Thank... More

We were in town for a funeral and there was 19 of us.....They sat us in our own room and gave us a fantastic server (Michael) with a great personality. The food was excellent, but the service was even better! I can't believe how great he did with there being 19 of us. When we walked in they didn't even... More

We were on the road, and needed a spot to meet some local friends for a beer. They picked Water Street Brewery. I've driven past it a number of times without stopping. I like the central bar area. Lots of wood, and a few TVs showing sports programming. The beer was ok. They had some non-IPAs that were tasty. We... More
