I am very delayed in writing this review but since I found some notes I wrote on this restaurant, I decided to write it. We went to Parador on the recommendation on our motel owner and found the Tapas here fantastic!! The beet salad was fabulous, as was the Sangria and Churros for dessert. Actually everything we ate was delicious.... More

We had the potatoes with chorizo and poached eggs, and it was fabulous. All of our tapas were excellent.

We tried this place based on the raving reviews. Can't say our experience was outstanding. Tried the "fish and chips" which was picked anchovies laying on top of some house made potato chips. OK if you're wild about pickled anchovies I guess. The chips were good. The beet salad was great. The cobbler chicken was sort of OK. Mostly cobbler,... More

Interesting menu and all of our selections were good, but not outstanding. We had the dates wrapped in bacon (tasty), the Amish chicken sliders (good, but not fabulous), the Spanish mac-and-cheese (disappointing... hardly any ham in it and not a lot of flavor), and olives (hard to mess those up... nice variety). We enjoy tapas in Chicago and its suburbs... More

Even though they are tapas we ate too much as we got one too many - we just couldn't pass up trying a number of the different options. We got a bottle of reasonably priced wine and 4 dinner tapas and an apple tart. Each dish has it's own unique, delicious flavor, and was just as described on the menu... More

I love Parador for its creative food ( a unique take on Spanish tapas), locally sourced ingredients, casual ambiance. Always miss it over the winter, since it closes for the off season at the end of October.

If you go to Door County make sure you dine here! It's so good, it may become a reason itself to go to Door County. Flavorful and satisfying. This is an amazing place to eat. Despite it being tapas the serving sizes are extremely generous. We were "full" with only two dishes. We had two vegetarian options and I have... More

We've been coming here since it opened - every year - and this year was the best. They have way improved the food so there is no "so so" plate at all. We had 4 rounds of tapas (2 plates each) and a bottle of wine and 'got out for about $75.00 with tip (give or take 5 bucks) Our... More

This is an old home converted to a restaurant, so if you have mobility issues, let that be known when you make reservations. We sat upstairs, and it was quite warm. The food was fantastic! My favorite was the cheese plate and the braised short rib. The seasonal white sangria was a wonderful surprise. The service was slow, so don't... More

we enjoyed seasonal and local foods. Every bite was so tasty! It is on the main street in town. The interior is warm and cozy/intimate.
