This place was average when it was a Giovanni's, but it seems to have gone downhill since the name change. The reason for the change was that the owner wanted to add things to the menu that the chain wouldn't allow, so he turned over his franchise. Sat at the bar, the place had very few customers. Ordered wings -... More

The worst service followed by just as bad food. We have ate here when it was Giovanni's and previous times since it's been Mancini's, but we won't be back. Waited for over an hour for any food to arrive. My husband ordered a beer, after 20 minutes he got up and went and got his own from the bar, then... More

Last time there it was just average. Pizza and Cokes with friends. The couple we were with ordered an appetizer but cannot remember what it was. Just average, nothing special. Rt 60 n Barboursville is much better food quality and waitresses. We waited quite a while to be waited on here on 3rd Avenue and they were not busy.

I've been coming to Mancini's (formerly Giovanni's) for decades now. Sometimes a break-away diminishes the business. Not so here! In fact, I would say that the quality of the food, beer selections, and overall atmosphere have all improved since the 'divorce'. Looking forward to my next get together there!

Its now called Mancini's. We ordered delivery to our hotel room. It arrived fast and fresh. The pizza was still hot. It was just like New York style pizza. They have the best pizza around. The have a lot of items to choose from. The chicken parm sub is also very good. It you visit this area, its a must... More

Ranch dressing is one of the best around. This place is consistently good and very near great when it comes to salads and wings. Chicken tenders have a unique almost cornmeal type breaking. Chili cheese fries have a Mexican twist to them and are guilty good. Delivery is fairly quick. Always a reliable choice.

Recently this restaurant became Mancini's Pizza and is no longer associated with the Giovanni's franchise. Tony and the crew offer a good selection of microbrews and even sells growlers for take-out. The pizzas are superb. My favorite sandwich is the Italian Supreme. You have to try the dry rubbed wings with the Pompeii sauce on the side... sizzle!!

The restaurant is now named Mancinis and the beer selection has greatly improved. Very good selection of local craft beers (does growler fills). Pizzas and salads are good. New flatbreads are wonderful. Portions are big.

It's a local favorite. They are all over the state and around Ohio and Kentucky. The one across from Marshall's stadium used to be great but now it's a "Mancini's Pizza" whatever that is..
