Stopped in to Minji's as it was a convenient stop on the way home from Chambers Bay. I loved the Cucumber Beef Salad and I'll come back to get it. The beef was lean and tasty. The salad has noodles, carrots and sprouts in addition to cucumber. We took our order to go and they gave us a good amount... More

We tried this place three different times. While it was decent, it just wasn't outstanding. The soup base was pretty bland ... no five spice at all! I've been to many pho restaurants, but this one is the best. Service is faster than fast-food joints. And the food is much more satisfying and healthy. Unlike the typical pho dives, this place is really clean. To top it off, the menu is a real bargain. I like the artwork, too.

I always enjoy the service, the pho, and the spring rolls. This is the only pho place in Tacoma that I've been to so I don't exactly have a comparison but I will say this: I have no desire to go anywhere else.
