A refurbished railroad diner with both counter and booth service. If a party of more than 4 there are a couple of larger booths in an addition at the back. Packed most of the time. Food is great and ample. We've only done breakfast and...More

Best breakfast in Spokane! Might have to wait for table but worth the wait. If you’re lucky Gage will be your server and the fried green tomatoes will be available.

The price is good for how much you get. The food has great taste, but I wouldn't believe it is home made all the time. Looks like packaged or frozen food. They do have a wide range of food. And a different special everyday.

I went to Frank's with three friends on a Saturday at 10:15 we request a booth and were told the wait time would be 30 minutes which we thought acceptable considering how busy it was, and to their credit a booth was ready after 25...More

Blueberry muffin french toast! It is as good as it sounds and you should try some. This train car diner is almost a sensory overload; the themed interior of the restaurant and the aroma within can leave a person just enjoying occupying space here. The...More

This place mentions they've been voted Spokane's best breakfast for almost 20 years and after trying I totally see why. The waffles and French toast were incredible, and the chicken fried steak was also very top notch. Breakfast, drinks, a caramel milkshake and additional sides...More

Frank's is my favorite diner in Spokane. The food? Great. The staff? Great. Eating on a train? LOVE IT. I can't wait to eat there again!

We've been to Frank's Diner twice int he past two months. Both times the food was excellent, and the portions quite large. If you have a group larger than 4, don't go here. We went at 9:30 AM, hoping to hit a slow time -...More

Small quaint restaurant boasts numerous tasty items. Atmosphere is a unique railroad car with tight quarters arrangements. Sit at the counter and watch chefs prepare your more than satisfactory meal. We had meatloaf Benedict. Unbelievable!!!!! Staff very friendly. Expect a wait but it's worth it.

Food us priced high some but its so worth it in the end!! So good and I can't really complain about anything besides the short wait time sometimes.

Sunday mornings are the very busiest time at Frank's. If I were going to breakfast on Sunday morning, I might divert to Frank-e-doodles at Division and 3rd, Not as chic, but if you like you bacon crisp, they have the best... More
