we ordered one of their family style meals for our family of four, though with our little ones, getting the meal "for three" was more than enough. We have gotten their food twice more since then, doing take-out the next two times. The server was nice during our first visit, and the order was quick and quite tasty. The price... More

Not many dining choices in Fairwood, but this is a great local choice. The usual Chinese fare, and the ownership/staff is attentive.

We've been looking for a good, local restaurant for Chinese food. Wild Garlic is yummy! The honey walnut prawns were the best I've ever had. The panko coating was light and crisp. They put just enough sauce to make it delicious and moist without being heavy. There's a hint of lemon that is perfect. We also had beef and broccoli,... More

My daughter & I visited for lunch and had a good luncheon special (served 11 - 2:30). In addition to the great service, the food was served hot and very tasty!! In addition to our Broccoli with Beef, the luncheon also came with choice of egg flower soup or hot & sour soup, plus a fried wonton and fried rice.... More

It was a bit of a disappointment for us as we have come to expect excellent Asian restaurants in the Seattle area. We were able to try several selections from the lunch for four. Generous portions, but no big surprises. I would like to say something was exceptional, but it was average in our opinion.

We visited this restaurant (蒜香小館) because it got a high rating and its elegant store name. What a disappointment! It would have a 2.5 star rating. The only good point was its Honey Walnut Shrimp (核桃蝦). Salted Pepper Squid (椒鹽花枝) was overcook (or over-fried), squid was tasteless. Pork Chops with Bean Sauce (豆豉排骨) was not marinated enough and the pork... More

My wife and I decided to try this place again after our last visit 2-3 years ago, and we wondered why it had been so long. The staff was attentive, and the food was very good. Very much worth another visit real soon!

Good food. Staff is very friendly. It's one of the few Chinese restaurants my extended family who are Chinese will actually eat at. Otherwise the closest one is in Newcastle.

I regularly eat at Wild Garlic, and I think it may be Renton's best Chinese restaurant. The food is always freshly prepared and the portions are generous. I can't eat at fast food or buffet Chinese restaurants any more after eating here. You get better tasting and greater quality food here for less money than at Chinese fast food places... More

This is a new restaurant in the neighborhood. The first time I tried it the food was fantastic. It was a solid 5! I was very excited. A few days later I tried it again and this time the food was only a 2. Today it was better but still only a 3. Since it is a brand new restaurant... More
