After being totally committed to eating at Swillys in Pullman, I became unsettled when they closed. Suddenly I find that the amazing Chef Joan from Swillys is in command of the menu and kitchen at Paradise Creek Brewery. She has turned this venue into the top restaurant in Pullman. I had mussels and rice for a mere $12. The absolute... More

This has recently undergone some changes. It's a fun atmosphere. The menu is part South Fork, part Swilly's. I had a spicy bleu cheese burger. I'll be honest, I was disappointed that the burger wasn't spicy. It was actually more sweet than anything. But it was DELICIOUS. I also had the Cougar Gold mac-and-cheese and it was good. The hint... So I called ahead to order a Caesar salad and a bowl,of soup (creamy tomato) for takeout. Both were excellent. But when I got back to our hotel... no napkins, no fork, no spoon. Only needed a 100 yard trudge each way to get one from the front desk. I'm glad the food was good, but you'd think a restaurant... More

Of all the restaurants in the Pullman area, this one has the best seating. Comfy chairs, warm environment, and courteous staff make it all the more welcoming! The food is ok (a little hit and miss?) but with a new executive chef I have high hope! As long as this one sticks around? The drinks are mostly good, I wish... More

Went on a business dinner with a large group. Kind of a small menu, not many options. I chose the beef sandwich and sweet potato fries. The fries were the best I've ever had! Salty and sweet and tasted homemade! Mango slaw was great as well, scraped off my sandwich and ate separately. I also had the something pucker shandy... More

We had eaten in the past at Paradise Creek and the food was good, but eating there this evening we found it was amazing food! Outstanding home smoked pulled pork sandwich with a great bun and BBQ sauce that fits it well. The ginger chicken salad was outstanding: perfectly presented and all flavors fresh and so flavorful. Dessert (pictured partially... More

We decided to have Burgers for dinner but instead of driving to a fast food place, we decided to stop by Paradise Brewery as I have known the owner for over 30 years. The selection of beers will suit almost anyone that is of age. We each tried a different beer and enjoyed sharing tastes. We also had some of... More

This is a nice little brew pub in downtown Pullman. They took an old post office building and remodeled it into a very fun pub. Very well done. Good food and good beer. They have a giant projection tv with sports on. Will come back again!
