Our family went to Burrata Bistro for the first time this January. Our server, Mark, was consistantly on top of things. The drink order was executed right after we were seated and delivered soon after. He was patient in taking our food order, answering our questions in a friendly, professional manner. The food was excellent and hot so that you... More

Great place for happy hour, with lovely ambiance, glassy babies on the table, wonderful service, yummy appetizers and main dishes. We come here for a quick bite and for a long dinner experience, both work.

In the off-season better in Poulsbo close early. Burrata Bistro is the one exception. They are open until 10:30. The Tapas selection is very very extensive. Wines by the glass pair well with the food. We have been there 3 times. Each time the server guided us thru a wonderful meal. Remember: while the menu items have Spanish names, this... More

We went for Dinner during a stormy Halloween night, but the restaurant was still busy. Our service was absolutely fabulous and lacked none in knowledge, courtesies and a genuine desire to give us the best experience possible. My husband is a conniseur of exceptional Osso Buco and he chose it for his entree. He could not stop raving about it!... More

We started with happy hour craft cocktails and moved on with pastrami sliders (house made pastrami). Add some fennel crusted tuna carpaccio, bacon wrapped goat cheese stuffed dates, and coca bread and you will be pleasently satisfied. The cocktails are spectacular but a bit on the expensive side which is more then made up for by their quality and the... More

We ate at this restaurant last evening with several friends and all had memorable and delicious meals. Not our first time here but we are always impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable wait staff as well as the variety and quality of the meals served.

Eating in the hinterlands of Seattle can be a very hit or miss process with coffee that defies both description and consumption, fresh ingredients - especially fish - that are cooked to a uniform texture that are both tough and tasteless and desserts that have the color and consistency of chocolate where the cacao content can probably be measured in... I noticed that when we entered the restaurant that it was full and lively, mostly younger couples having a great time. We were told that both the Bistro & the Paella Bar next door were owned by the same owner and that we could order from both menus. This sounded great to us. I hate to say that our meals were... More
