We dined inside in the area with the bar. I loved the atmosphere and the food was fantastic. I would totally eat here again.

Beautiful area. Lots of gift items in the general store to take home to family and friends. The area is easily walkable.

Kinda fun little place - the only eatery in town it seems. Prices are a bit high for what you get. It's all home made so don't expect things to taste entirely familiar. If your hungry - eat here. But don't make a special trip.

The first time we had breakfast here, the food was burned. My toast was so burned they cut the crust off the bread before they served it. My sausage patty had to be cut with a knife it was so burned on the underside. Tried again for lunch a week or so ago. Our sandwiches came with stale bread. The... More

Walking into this general store and cafe is a new experience in an old venue. I loved it--the architecture is beautiful with tall ceilings, incredible details, wooden floors. The cafe was closed on the afternoon when I visited, but it looked wonderful with views on the water. The general store surely has something for anyone visiting. Great gift and home... More

Breakfast is best enjoyed without it setting you back cash-wise. One one hand, my breakfast was great tasting. Eggs were cooked well, and the flavors were great. However, it didn't justify the $25+ and I still left hungry. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was nice. To be balanced though, I wouldn't necessarily discourage going here. they offer some really... More

Lunch on a Sunday afternoon, arrived at 12:10 and it was packed....we were advised it would be a 40 minute wait. Not a problem, ordered drinks and enjoyed the view while waiting for our food. Indeed it did arrive within the 40 minutes and was well worth the wait. Fish and chips were cooked to perfection, light breading, could not... More

A quaint town that has had a wonderful makeover. This town is an old factory owned town that still has the feel of the time. Great to walk around and view the water from all angles and when you are finished you can have lunch or dinner. I had chowder that was excellent and a sandwich. This is all inside... More

Came here to celebrate our anniversary and were not disappointed! The restaurant is pretty small, but has fantastic views! We actually sat in the bar, foregoing the views for the Husky game. The service was excellent and the food was great. We had the chowder, butternut squash soup, black bean burger, fish and chips and multiple desserts (we were celebrating... More

Port Gamble General Store and Cafe isone of our favorite places to meet friends and catch up. The atmosphere is always relaxed; no one ever seems rushed; the staff always tries to accommodate our needs and wants. The ambience is warm and settling. The menu is excellent...the "reuben sandwich" is one of our favorites. Lots of variety with local wines... More
