I'd heard this place was the best in the Tri Cities but I found it to be good but unspectacular. Service was decent, priced like other Chinese restaurants in the area, and food follows the standard Mandarin fare.

I really cannot recommend this place... they cut way too many corners and are also usually being watched by the Benton Franklin Health District Food Establishment Inspectors.

I am pretty tough on oriental food, 1. It's hard to get right. 2.service. I have never been disappointed here, they always alow substitutions (even though the menu says no substitututions) Service always professional and personal. I would say you will have a great time.
