I gave this place a second chance because I like the decor and wanted a nostalgic memory. Hamburgers precooked and hamburger lukewarm. French fries hot and good. Rootbeer very good. The bathrooms were dirty. I felt ill 10 minutes after eating the hamburger. I recommend Johnny Rockets if you want the soda fountain experience. Their hamburgers are much better. The... More

This is one of the last real ICONs of the wonderful 50's, complete with Juke Box, a plethora of decorations wihich are added to by the locals of all ages. It is truly a museum with the most tasty sandwiches, fries, shakes and of course the best rootbeer you can find anywhere!

Bring cash, they don't take cards. Order their delicious root beer, it's a must. And you can't go wrong with anything you order, it's all delicious. Be sure to have a huge appetite!

Good rootbeer. Fun car and truck shows. Horrible food. The rootbeer and vehicles are worth it. But arrive after eating lunch somewhere else.

This is such a great local treasure - the owners are huge community supporters and host many theme auto-shows throughout the summer. The burgers are huge, the shakes so yummy and they make you feel special on your birthday. Please support this local business - they are one of a kind! (Oh, and of course, get a rootbeer float -... We probably eat here 4-6 times per year. Fun atmosphere, big burgers (eat your pride and share), and great floats. You need to do it at least once and then again once your stomach can handle it. Oh - and BTW, bring cash - they don't take plastic.

This diner style eatery is a blast from the past (in decor only) the food is freshly made, portions are generous, and the pricing is average. We last traveled there in October, but I would recommend this place for a warm sunny dry day, so that you can sit outdoors.

The vibe when you walk in seems pretty cool. Lots of different memorabilia and a cool old juke box. We got there on a Wednesday around 8pm, they close at 9. We were seated pretty quickly and started looking at everything. It was really hard to miss the coat of black greasy dust on everything! I think I killed 5... More

My teens/tweens really like the 50s vibe of this place. Food is pretty good -- large portions, good milkshakes. Recommend the onion rings for sure. And of course the root beer is not to be missed! Hard to find a good frosty mug anymore.
