On a rainy Sunday night I met a friend for the 9PM happy hour at this elegant restaurant. I arrived a little before 9PM and was met at the door by the gracious bartender/server who explained the specials board and late night menu. Good thing I arrived early since by 930pm all the bar tables were full-a good sign! My... More

A friend and I came here after a local event. The food is above average and the restaurant is beautiful. It's apparent by how the staff speaks of the dishes that they are treated well and are knowledgeable about and proud of their locally grown cuisine.

... which is good and bad! The tables are pretty smushed together in the bar, so it can be hazardous navigating them with a bag/purse. The bar can also be pretty noisy; you can get an earful of your neighbors' conversations - but that can happen anywhere. Super good food, and they often have a featured mocktail - which is... More

What a delightful meal! On a rare ladies' night out, we had small appetizers, wine (try the Chateau Eugenie Cahors), salads, baguettes and butter, and then, more wine. Did I say it was a rare night out? The place was packed, so service, though willing, was weak. I don't know the solution to this, because it is difficult to predict... More

We have eaten there three times now. Each of our meals or well presented and delicious. The wait staff is friendly and pays attention to your needs. Although you're sitting in fairly close quarters, crowd noise is not too bad. It's like most restaurants for noise pollution, but the atmosphere is very good for an uphill Main street nondescript location.

Small plates make a wonderful meal..the cauliflower is wonderful, and the service was perfect. Seasonal salads add a very special and tasty balance, along with the lamb chops.

My son recently moved to Edmonds so for his birthday dinner I looked for a place in downtown Edmonds to take him. This restaurant had good reviews so I thought I would give it a try. From the moment we walked into a warm cheerful reception to the excellent service I was impressed. The restaurant itself is darling and intimate... More

Went here following the Edmonds Wine Art walk and the location was a perfect place for our group of six. We shared many of the items on the menu and they were all great! Service was awesome and the only issue is the noise level

We celebrate, in our charming town of Edmonds, the same relationship between food and community that is woven into the fabric of Europe's coastal villages. This is a place where food is a serious pursuit and community the most delicious ingredient.
