I enjoyed the meal/overall dining experience, although the wait staff could have been a bit more cordial.

We had a great dinner here last Summer (July 2017). We weren't sure what to order, so we took a chance on the Chef's Special creation for the evening. The waiter could not tell us what the courses would be, but we were able to...More
Fresh ingredients, vegetation grown on site, various meats raised on site, seafood from ocean nearby. Fresh is an understatement. Perfect combination of seasonings, all cooked to perfection. Opt for the tasting menu. It was by far the best meal we had on Orcas. All fresh, local, seasonal produce prepared in creative ways. Service was friendly and attentive. And if you can, sit outside for the sunset. They have a great view.
Staff was blah. They gave the feeling of being at the end of a long, hard tourist season. The food was unremarkable. I had the scallops and risotto. There were some unpleasant bitter flavors. I had a similar dish this summer at Vintage in Sun...More
