They do such a nice job here, fresh original and great flavors. Truly a European gem and hidden just off the main road. you will love it. Oh, and the pretty blond with the smile helps too :-)

The reason I am not giving this cute little bakery 5 stars is that their breakfast sandwiches were very bland & tasteless . Stick to the pastries and you'll be fine. Also, I didn't think they were very friendly but then I was their first customer of the day. Very nice outdoor seating to sit and have coffee!

We hadn't visited the Wenatchee area in quite a few years, so were excited to return to Anjou Bakery for a few treats on our way to Yakima. It was nice to see that they had expanded quite a bit. There are both interior and outside eating areas and a pretty garden area, too. But you're really here for the... More

We love their rolls, bread, and other baked goods. The setting is unique and fun. BUT their service has deteriorated! After ordering at the counter where they display all their yummy items, they use to give you the chosen bakery item on a plate and you received a real cup or to-go cup of your choice of coffee or tea.... We stopped in with friends from France and were wonderfully surprised at the European like quality in an American bakery. The crescents were as good or better, and the bread excellent. Demerits were noted because the baguettes were not available for purchase. Missing a great market ...

Anjou Bakery is a cute rustic bakery in Cashmere, located among the orchards. The people were friendly and the setting is lovely. It was highly recommended by our foodie friends and so we visited when we were in the area. It wasn't bad in any way but also wasn't remarkable. We were the first ones in the door when they... More

The baguette sandwiches are REALLY good either cold or warmed up. Ham & butter on bread. Ahhhh! The single thinly sliced ham always struck me as a bit on the stingy side. Wished they increased the meat to 2 slices... but still elegant and satisfying. The roast tomato and brie is even better. Family favorite. The same for the Tuna... More

I have been stopping at the Anjou for 20 years, pretty much since it opened. It used to have a varied choice of excellent breads. Then there were wonderful berry pies with perfect, flaky crusts. Finally, they began improving their croissants to excellent, as good or better than any in Seattle other than Besalu or Fuji Bakery. Sadly, each of... More

I have been stopping at the Anjou Bakery for years and have never been disappointed with any purchase. My family began stopping there when I was a kid on our trips to Seattle and the french cinnamon rolls were always a highlight. Even now as an adult I always try to make time for a stop at the Anjou, whether... More

Stopped here during a morning walk and dound the place open and inviting very early. The coffee was hot and these fresh bakes pastries are the bomb. I grew up in a "bakery town" so my expectations were high. I was not disappointed! They have some unique and original offerings here. A lot of locals stopped here as well
