My European friends have remarked that our local bakery is closest to anything they've experienced reminding them of French patisseries, the grains are locally obtained and all breads are artisan formed, I wouldn't buy my breads anywhere else, their sourdough culture exists already over a...More

Breadfarm has some great breads made from local wheat. They have a great variety of bread, snacks, etc. Their prices are a bit expensive however well worth the flavor and quality.

A must-visit in Edison for many years. The bread, pastries and cookies are wonderful. Friendly staff even when it's crazy busy. Try the sour cherry lemon bread. It never makes it home.

The scent of fresh baked goods wafts from the front doors of this quaint bakery. Their specialty seems to be shortbread cookies. I counted about 6 different varieties. When you look over the shoulder of the cashier, you see the bakers busy kneading and weighing...More

Their lemon curd is a real treat and all the bread is fantastic! Definitely stop in here. All local, all the time. It is ultra-humid inside, just like the boulangeries in Paris!

We were just cruising thru Bow when we did a stop at Bread Farm! We were not disappointed at all! So many choices of yummy treats and so many types of breads. I got the house white bread and it is crusty goodness!

My husband and I are both avid bakers. I made my first cake from scratch when I was 7. We are often unimpressed with bakery goods. However everything we had from the Breadfarm was excellent. We were particularly impressed with their Sunnyside Danish a savory...More

Description
Founded in July of 2003 by Scott Mangold and Renee Bourgault, Breadfarm uses old fashioned techniques, every item we make is hand crafted, made from scratch. We pride ourselves on using the highest quality ingredients we can source to produce our baked goods. Supporting local business and sustainable commerce is important to us. Our bakery is located in the small village of Edison, Washington, just off of scenic Chuckanut Drive in beautiful Skagit Valley. We strive to create product offerings you can't find elsewhere. Our breads are naturally leavened using wild, natural yeasts. Our cookies and shelf stable pantry items are all made in small batches by staff with carefully tending hands. Using the finest quality, local, natural and often organic ingredients, our products are simple, flavorful and memorable. We are a passionate bunch of bakers, doing our part to change the world, one loaf at a time. CASH & CHECK ONLY! Enjoy!
