Whenever we go through Washington we always make a point to stop in here. The service is great as is the coffee and food. And just look how cute it is!! Great view of the ocean too!

This is a really cute little breakfast/lunch place with a nice view of the harbour. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Even though we arrived after the breakfast cutoff, the girl in the kitchen was more than happy to make it for us which was...More
I had the breakfast muffin and a vanilla "shake." The muffin was "OK." Too much gooey cheese and not enough egg for my taste. When the woman started preparing my shake I thought she had misunderstood me and was making a smoothy or something since...More
You eat in an old train caboose. It's cute but not well maintained. Food choices were limited but food was good. It is rigth on the bay/marina in Blaine.
the name is now Railway Café. Ordered an Italian Panini, very good, with a Strawberry Smoothie, also very good. Now you don't get chips with your sandwich, $1 extra. Meal with 15.0% tip $20. Too much for a lunch like this.
The place is tiny, but there's nice outdoor dining and GREAT sandwiches. I enjoy this place a lot in the spring and summer.
Sit, relax and have a great snack. Don't come with a crowd as it IS small. This is not Micky D's or IN/OUT but the food and view are worth the experience.

The breakfast options are limited. The breakfast burrito is possibly the biggest I've had. It was awesome! There's only 3 little tables inside, but more space on the patio. Staff, and customers, are very friendly, nice folk. And the view of Blaine Marina is fabulous!
