The photo of a hamburger, probably above, says it very well. Doc's is not pretentious -- it features somewhat simple items -- but they are surprisingly excellent and memorable. One simple illustration: Order a cheeseburger, and the waiter/waitress will ask which of four cheeses you...More

This has become a great place to meet friends for a late afternoon happy hour. Good food choices and options. Always friendly staff.

Chowder is totally worth the trip all by itself. But pair it with fish n chips or prawns n chips and you’ve got a perfect lunch. They don’t burry skimpy portions in fries to make up the difference. Homemade ingredients make such a difference.

Casual, inviting with a bit of a wait time. It’s related to the Port Townsend Doc’s. A beautiful marina on the back-take a quick walk while you wait fifteen minutes for your table. Burgers, seafood and more—see the menu I posted. Good food.

I had the smoked salmon Mac ‘n cheese, shared tempura prawns and clam chowder. But the flavor, taste, and portion were all spot on. I highly recommend this dish. I do plan on coming back, and would be very disappointed if this meal is off...More

Stopped for a late lunch after a ferry ride from Seattle. It was a perfect September afternoon and we were seated on the back deck with a view of the water. I ordered a Dark and Stormy cocktail which is a mixture of dark rum...More
