We had lunch here due to a recommendation from a tour guide we were chatting with. We were so glad we followed the recommendation. The atmosphere was charming, the food was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Prices were a little on the...More

A little on the expensive side, but treat yourself to a taste of France in Williamsburg. Gorgeous decor and excellent service. Loved the wine list. The chocolate mousse is a must.

There were 11 of us & everybody loved their food & the waitress was very on the ball. The wine was very disappointing as the portion was very small--I had to have 2 glasses where as normally I would only have one. It was an...More

Delicious food convenient location behind merchant Square colonial Williamsburg. Service was good not great food was excellent. If you're there in season long lines are you consider eating around 5 o'clock and then go back out and exploring portions are large should consider sharing

We enjoyed our dinner-that is the most important part of course. But for a casual place the price was a bit high. Two (quite small) appetizers and two entrees (all delicious!) ran about $100. It is a little steep for what it is. But it...More

This is a beautifully appointed French bistro. Right in heart of Merchant Square. French onion soup was not traditional and had black beans in it (good but heavy). Mussels came in a beautiful black dome; mussels were plump and high quality but I would've preferred...More

Very expensive and small portions is what you get for your money. Do not spend your money here. Yes, the place was cute and it did have a very unique limited menu. We were here for lunch and it was not quite the experience that...More

We stopped here on a Saturday morning after visiting the Farmers Market. The food was so good as well as the service. The Vanilla Cappuccino was one of the best I've ever had!

Please call the restaurant directly to answer this question.
We are visiting Williamsburg and would like to have dinner at the Blue Talon for my husband's 70th bday. I think about the delicious breast of duck dinner I have eaten at your restaurant and have been waiting to be in town again to get it. I noticed your menu indicates you only served this dinner on Tuesdays. Is this correct? We are going to be in town for a Tuesday dinner. Please let me know if you can serve this dinner on Nov 19? Thanks, Gail Chmura

I have never made reservations, and have been very lucky with either a short wait or no waiting time. During busy times, it might be good to make reservations. It is very popular, and worth the wait if needed. Ever meal... More
