Met a friend for coffee, tea and some breakfast here last week. What a great spot. I was served the best looking over easy fried egg ever. We hung for two hours with no pressure and plenty of congenial conversation.

We were headed to another restaurant nearby, but it was closed for repairs, and we were directed here. Very nice, comfortable decor, food very good, as was service, Worth revisiting.

This is a cozy and intimate little eatery that succeeds in providing great food at a great value while adding the personal touch. It is now our place of choice for breakfast in Waynesboro. Lunch will be next!

What a great café! I highly recommend the Cinnamon French Toast & Honey Syrup as well as the Quiche Lorraine. This was a delightful place for breakfast! Very homey atmosphere too – reminds me of breakfast at Grandma’s.

My wife and I had breakfast at SB&L just before the end of 2016. Although we got off to a slow start since there was only one waitress, once we got served, we had a great experience. Using my four criteria for restaurants (plus one), here is my evaluation. Food quality is always #1. My wife had cinnamon French toast... More

It's a gem. Stopped in Waynesboro for lunch on a weekday. The food was fresh and tasty and included homemade soup. The server was cheery, polite and efficient. The restaurant decor is a step back in time. There are antiques everywhere - most are for sale. The tablecloths are starched and ironed cotton with embroidery just like the ones my... More

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Antiques abound in the decor. Slightly upscale compared to other breakfast lunch places in the valley.

Quaint little restaurant.....vintage china, art and furniture lines the walls and dons the tables. The food is all homemade. Don't forget the desserts! My favorite is the Apple Cobbler (only $4.50!!)

The food is always outstanding and prepared perfectly. The owners are on site and make sure you are happy. The breakfast menu is a little pricey. Lunch menu is spot on.
