This is the best Puerto Rican/Cuban food I have ever had! We took our kids since they had never had this type of food and we loved it when we were in Puerto Rico this past summer. Everything (and I mean everything) was above and beyond expectations! The only negative at all was the 20 minute wait for a table... More

Friendly, unique, about 9/10 tables with a smiling, happy crew. Quick service for unique and different food. Had the pork over plantains and believe I could eat this every day...also the salmon and asparagus was cooked to perfection and was served with delicious black beans/rice. Overall, a very pleasant atmosphere to take a break from the beach or being a... More

I ordered mofongo and replaced the rice and beans with shrimp. When it was served so beautifully like fine art I did not want to even touch it. It was flavored with garlic and butter. The best mofongo I've had. And their mango and passion fruit mojitos were the best.

In an area flooded with tourist traps, this is a nice hidden gem with solid food. We came for drinks and dinner with 9 people in the party. Their space is limited and we split our party into 2 tables so we could be seated right away. My husband and I ordered the skirt steak and pulled beef entrees. Both... More

I found out about this little spot in the ocean front by reading a local news paper review when it first opened several years ago. Born and raised in PR, I take every opportunity to try new restaurants with island flavors. The article gave it great reviews and so to the oceanfront my husband and I went. Just as the... More

Charming small restaurant hiding next to the Subway shop. You have to look hard to see it. Worth it! We've eaten here twice and will go back again the next time we're in town. The sauteed shrimp are terrific, and this last time we both ate the churrasco con chimichuri which was unbelieveably delicious! Just discovered I'm in love with... More

You definitely want to keep coming back to see what is new on the menu. Of course the Mojitos are delish. We are excited... More

My husband and I visited here on our last night in Virginia Beach. We were looking for something different but really good (most of our food the prior week was kind of a let down). So I scoured Yelp and found this place. It's really easy to miss if you aren't looking for it- look for Subway and it's right... More

Amazing!! Had the steak, chicken and fish tacos. We orders and shared all dishes and also ordered the beef and cheese and olive empanadas. Worth the wait. We waited 1/2 hour to get in but worth every second. Place is small and hours are so obsolete but it's worth it!!!
