I ordered online. The spaghetti and salad were perfect. They brought it right out to the car—too easy, no issues. I will be back for certain.

Saturday night, the chef was in and the bar was a decent place to sit for dinner. Food was above average for any Olive Garden. I was delighted to see no Ziosk in the bar area. Service was above average.

I have some type of problem every time with this location... shame on me for thinking they would get better. If it's not holding for 10+ minutes on the phone to place a simple order then it's receiving zuppa without a trace of kale or not receiving part of my order period...which is always simple considering I only order the soup salad and bread sticks all the time. If you don't want to work-- or don't care--please do us all a favor and stay at home...at this point it is just ridiculous.

Husband and I wanted Italian so we went to Olive Garden. The food was delicious and service impeccable. A special shout out to Jam who was extremely attentive and capable.

I love Olive Garden, so when we checked into a local hotel for the holiday, I was happy to see one around the corner.
The service was horrible. We had to ask our server for salad and bread, and after she took our request, she immediately spent the next 5 minutes talking to her friends at the booth behind us. We ordered the stuffed mushroom appetizer and 2 of the mushroom caps came out without any filling! Our server - suggested entree, the smoke mozzarella and shrimp baked pasta was barely passable. We could not wait to pay the check and get out of there.

I wasn't really hungry was visiting with a spouse. And i had stopped eating at Olive Gardens in Connecticut. So i just ordered a bowl of soup, the zuppa and when it came out it barely filled the bottom of the bowl. If you want more they will bring it to you but i didnt ask for a cup i asked for a bowl. Then i would not have to ask for more. Other wise service was ok.

We have been here several times. Today was exceptional as far as the service and the food. Normally, everything here is good or better. The only thing I had was they had four hostesses but I guess that’s OK. I asked the waitress which of two dinners would be recommended and She gave me an answer that made me think she should be in management. She was very polite and very concise so OG is lucky to have her.

We decided to drop in and since we were craving Italian- This was The
Place to go. We loved our Wait Staff- they were fun and charming and their Food was out of this World! No complaints. We Were Full when we left.

We ate here with our son and his girlfriend. We were taking him to Fort Lee. Savannah our waitress was GREAT!!!!. We have eaten at other Olive Garden's but her service was very helpful and her personality was just bubbly for a late night dinner. Thank you Savannah for being our server.

I go to the Olive Garden quite often. I enjoy the soup and salad options. They have a pretty good selection of food. I take my grandson there sometimes to.

Olive Garden was close to our hotel and we could count on the quality of their meals. My husband got the Salmon which he said was very good and I got the shrimp scampi which was excellent.
Along with their salad we were happy campers!

Atmosphere was very nice and quiet. Our server was very pleasant. The salmon was very good. First time having it. Everything else was ok.

Great food and plenty of it. We had avoided Olive Garden in the past because of crowds and too much noise. We were pleasantly surprised in the Sandston Olive Garden. Service was good and we had a very nice time after a traumatic day.

We got take out from here and brought it back to our hotel. I was amazed that it was still quite hot. Our meals were very good. The only thing I did not like was the very poor selection of salad dressing. They need more choices.
