The Ashby Inn's kitchen is in good hands again. We have visited twice in the last month and had very good meals both times. We were there for lunch and ate outside. There is a lovely patio. Carlos, the very professional head waiter came with...More

The best meal money can buy. Everything is cooked in a traditional method and style of Confederate cuisine. Highly recommend everything on menu. I think the Getty family was dining the night we were there. It is perhaps 5 star cuisine.

I have been here a handful of times. The experience was always perfect. Great service! Great food. Upscale place. Great for a date or anniversary. It is pricey, so save this for a special occasion, Unless you are rich I suppose...If that is you then...More

We have not stayed at the Inn, but we do like to go to the Restaurant. It is historic, started by one of the oldest families in Virginia. They have outstanding food prepared by a wonderful chef. One of the options is the chef sampler....More
