Booked coot & co, yet staff suggested the hotels vast beer garden. Only few diners Monday night. Open expanse large umbrellas, feels like an expensive back yard. Good menu, good food, drinks. Inside cottleslose hotel itself.
Went with friends to the Verandah Bar (front bar) and it was lovely and cosy with two fires burning. Great friendly service from the bar and the food was delicious. I had a prawn linguine which was fabulous.
it's a lovely place for a quick drink, tea/coffee and a snack or a proper lunch. Very cosy in the winter with the log-burner and fantastic to sit out in the summer with lovely views across the beach and beyond. Great beach for walks, surfing...and just hanging out. Good shops nearby. Great place for a day out with mates or family.More
Just off the promenade with nice views over the ocean. It was very busy and clearly popular with locals (and the sea gulls who raid tables just being vacated!). We had toast, fetta and poached eggs for brekkie. All very nice, but without being remarkable....Would however be happy to eat or drink here again whilst in CottesloeMore
A terrific place for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, the food and presentation is very good. Has an amazing Indian Ocean view, being located right above the fabulous Cottesloe beach. Of an evening, the view of the sun setting in the west over the Indian Ocean...is a sight to see from this restaurant when in Perth.More
Morning Tea overlooking the famous Cottesloe Beach was scrumptious with homemade fare. Was a weekday, so not too many people. AND the ladies bathroom, well worth a visit for its decor. Very friendly obliging staff.
In the middle of Perth winter we wanted somewhere sheltered from the wind to have a casual lunch. Sitting in front of the fire with a glass of wine and a freshly cooked pizza was just what we were looking for.
Upon entering it was slightly confusing as the hotel offers different varieties of dining. We went to the fish side after inspecting both options more because it offered what we saw as lighter meals. The service was probably the best I have encountered for a...long time, right from how we were greeted right through to the wait staff explaining the terminology of the menu to us. The view is spectacular and the food was well worth the short wait we had. The décor was spot on it gave the whole experience a beachy relaxed vibe, which spilled over into the dining experience. Overall if you head to this beach be sure to stop in and share a meal at this charming, quirky place I bet you will not be disappointed.More
