Delicious scones- very fluffy. Fantastic steak & mushroom pie. Service for us was okay, however, a couple who ordered before us received their Devonshire Tea 5 mins after we had received ours. Clearer signage on table service vs order at counter would be good too.

It was a busy weekend in Tilba and we struggled to get a table for our family of four. We ended up split between 2 tables, squished out on the side of the road. Scones were on the cold side, with jam that didn't have...much flavour.More

We had a great family breakfast this morning at the Tilba Teapot. There was a great selection of teas & decent coffee too. Great atmosphere & we felt welcome from the beginning. We found it hard to choose from all the handmade & locally made...menu. The gigantic gourmet sausage roll was a winner!More

Tried to go for lunch, party of 7. Told no table available and no mention of asking us to wait until one was, instead pointed out Bakery across road. Come on Tilba I thought you wanted our business, not a good impression.

Quaint little place in Central Tilba. Perfect for catch up over coffee and tea. Grab a bite to eat also delightful range of meals.

Lovely friendly staff. I had such high hopes, given the reviews. A cute place from the outside. However, very disappointed the the tea I ordered (given the fact that this place is called the Tilba Teapot) came in dirty, very chipped tea wear that was...nothing special. Flavourless looseleaf. The toastie I ordered came without the relish it promised, barely hot and with Kraft singles cheese! Given that this town revolves around the boutique cheese factory down the road, I'd expect they'd use that cheese for the price. Other food ordered was ok. Kids' meal was generous. Food came in decent time given the busy long weekend. This place needs a little refinement, new tea cups/pots (including milk saucer) and a clean.More
