This is the first time I have visited the Rabbits Pub. It was recommended by my Sister. The service was very good and the food was excellent. It was well presented and the menu was different to the usual Sunday Roast with a number other selections. It is a family pub and the atmosphere was very good. If I am... More

Sunday lunch with daughter and husband. Restaurant quite busy. Set lunch, roast beef with all the usual trimmings £14.95. Beef served just pink, tasty, potatoes small and burnt in places, Yorkshire pudding flat. Carrots, parsnips and kale all nicely cooked. Gorgeous square of stuffing. Tasty gravy. Ice cream for dessert with a supposed hot chocolate sauce, which was actually a... More

Invited by some friends for a pint , was so disappointed as I am used to much better pubs in Australia. Customers were very loud , couldn't find a quite corner for a relaxing chat. Beers were ok but a bit overpriced. Food menu needs some update. Not a good experience

Booked in advance, as it was New Year's Day. Arrived and first impressions were good. Bar nicely laid out and a good selection of real ales and ciders. However, as soon as if came to sitting down to eat - it all changed. We were led to a table in the conversatory, which was very cold. Didn't quite understand why... More

Long overdue review! I first visited The Rabbits last summer with friends, all with kids, as I saw that they had an outdoor play area which are hard to come by nowadays. The Beer Garden this place has is second to none! Fabulous Garden Bar, play area with slide as already mentioned and the views surrounding are simply breath taking!... More
