We pre-booked a table for 13 people in the Sumners Room for a special lunch and had very good service and delicious food with generous portions, particularly the pie of the day. Everyone commented on the how much they'd enjoyed the meal. We'll be back.

great place for a meal or snack, prices are on the higher side but food is excellent quality, only irritation would be poor serving staff having to find a numbered spoon, all tables have numbers so better to use this!

If you are prepared to ask the staff 3 times to clear your table, twice for cutlery after they have served your food, and just get told we are too busy – then you’ll love it. The scenery is beautiful and the food is good....More
