We've been to this place many times but have noticed standards dropping recently. Today was the worst......... they weren't very busy, but we had to ask for out table to be wiped. Eventually someone gave us a menu. We waited for someone to take our order for quite some time, even though there were two young boys who only seemed... More

Numerous teas to choose from from a Tea menu with great descriptions, along with lovely coffee so my husband says. We also had lunch, the minestrone soup (of the day) and venison pie (of the day) were fabulous. We shared a slice of carrot cake which was well spiced and nicely citrus'y. The service was a little slow but it... More

Excellent place to meet up with friends for coffee, light lunch or tea. Convenient for rest of town, easy parking nearby, good coffee and comfortable place to have a chat.

Went here for the first time for a Birthday lunch. Lovely atmosphere and building. Staff were friendly. Busy on a Saturday lunch time but got seats upstairs. Can't believe we've never been here before! Lovely duck salad and country lunch. Yummy choc fudge shake with brownie balanced on top! They have speciality tea and coffee menus too! Other negative was... More

Super friendly staff, a nice aesthetic (though if I'm being picky it feels forced and lacks authenticity). However the coffee is good - I'd be inclined to recommend the cakes or a cream tea above some of the savoury options they offer.

Hi Charlotte, Thanks for your review, we do indeed have super friendly staff, not quite sure about your comment regarding authenticity - but hey we all have our views. The upstairs is lovely with table service and a wonderful choice of savoury as well as sweet options. My favourite is the bacon, chill jam, guacamole and cheddar sourdour toasted sandwich... More

I grabbed a coffee from here while I was working in the area, the young ladies that were working were so friendly and talk active. The flat white coffee I had was lovely and certainly hit the spot as well as warming me up on a cold winters morning. Very reasonably priced and lovely coffee,I didn't have time to try any... More

Came to Horsham for the day and had looked up on Tripadvisor where to go for breakfast and Artisan Tea Rooms came up. So we tried it. Well I have to say the breakfast choice was not very good, quite poor really, they just have bread and toasted teacakes and such like, nothing like a real breakfast (English or otherwise).... More

Very sad to read this review as it in no way reflects our lovely tearooms. Let me clarify a few things...the menu box outside clearly states what food we do. The nature of our business is that we are a Tearooms and patisserie with a beautiful array of teas and cakes and a lovely menu which offers light breakfast and... More

I had the most delicious cream tea ever. I'm a bit picky about scones and only like plain ones, often you can only have fruit ones, but Artisan gave me the choice. This came served lovely and warm with an individual pot of jam and plenty of clotted cream. I hadn't realised what a wonderful choice of tea was available... More

Came in here for lunch and place was nice and friendly. Food was good but a bit chaotic due to flood of people coming in and got too busy for the staff. Also the cutlery and tea pot in particular were dirty and was not washed properly. Had to ask the staff to give us new ones. Overall nice place... More
