Don't come if you want to lunch. We drove here specially for this restaurant, after checking the program on the internet which said its open from 12. Online it says kitchen is open but in reality we were told kitchen opens at 5pm. Adjust your schedule

July 26 go to dinner and I must say a hidden gem. Location ... well is center and view of square with central station. Inside nice and cozy with large windows and well-fitting chairs. The food was incredibly tasty. Price / quality definitely a winner. Great choice of wine list . Very friendly service. One minus: when we arrived we had to wait a 10 to 15 min before anyone came to our table. But because of the kindness this was quickly forgotten. In short, a must for those who want good food / nicely served. The eye also wants some.

Great food and nice service. Smooth, friendly and attentive to the guest. Dishes were very nicely presented and were very tasty! Then an overnight stay in one of the beautiful hotel rooms. Opposite the station but 0 noise. Nice bed & bedding! Next day a delicious breakfast. We enjoyed it!

We stayed at the Hotel Central and arrived last 10pm. The restaurant Sisterman’s gladly kept the kitchen open and graced us with a carpaccio and steak dinner for champs. They kept the staff available until midnight and that is what true hospitality. They made sure we were fed, happy and satisfied 😁👌🏼

Stayed at the hotel and had dinner in this great restaurant. The food was excellent and the service as well. It was a busy night, but we didn't really feel it. The restaurant is well spaced, so it didn't feel cramped sitting there even with all tables full. We had cocktails and a 3 course meal, and we were plenty full, so skipped the coffee. Definitely a place we would recommend and also visit again, if we get the chance.

Inside the Central hotel hides a veritable gem of a restaurant. The menu is restrained and focused on delightful quality when so many others opt for quantity.
I have never had a bad meal here and so many times it was full of visitors to the point that guests could not always rely on an automatic seat reservation.

Came as the guest of a friend and colleague from the town (i was visiting on business)From start to finish; fantastic experience. Super friendly welcome from the front of house (owner came out of the office to welcome) seated quickly and drinks arrived without waiting. I had the brown shrimp croquettes and the Gambas for main. Both dishes were "shellfish heaven". Seasoned to perfection and such depth of flavour in the sauce. for dessert I wanted the famous strawberry Romana dish but it was off the menu, however the apple crumble with salted caramel and perfect vanilla ice cream was a perfect end to the meal. Knowledgeable waiters and attentive staff made the whole experience excellent. Can't wait to come back and have the strawberries...
