We visited this place by chance in the first week of our holiday, then ended up going a further twice in the following week. Food is really lovely, service is good and it's a great location just to sit and have a drink. Our 3 year old wanted ketchup (as always), and Simon went out of his way to oblige.... More

Walked past late morning, I was a bit sceptical about how authentic this would be seeing that the they had menus in four languages and that the guy running the place did not seem Spanish. However we got told that they needed at least half a day notice if we wanted paella which shows they must make it on order!... More

Have visited this restaurant many times since it opened. Have always had superb food and great service. Tonight was my birthday and we were greeted with a glass of Cava as we arrived. The choice of dishes is great and Si (Simon) recommended some great choices from their new menu. My own personal recommendations would be first to go there,... More

Best food in our week in fuerteventura. We visited the restaurant and had a very good run through the menu, with a very enthusiastic Simon. I have to say I was sceptical they could get so many dishes right, but we tried 7 and they were all spot on. Highlight was the rocket salad (with pear) and the broad beans... More

I'm afraid I can't share my compatriots' recent zeal for the meal at the Cafe... I managed to pick a dish that wasn't available and a wine that wasn't available too, then the food all come in a rush and quality was perhaps 6.5 out of ten at best, even the new additions.

Go visit this place. Tell Simon what you like and he'll advise you on dishes, you won't be disappointed. The tapas is the best I've ever tasted and they are big portions so you only need 7 portions between 2 people . Go with cash the restaurant doesn't take card.

Excellent service and food at this lovely authentic restaurant. Great sea views too. 50 Tapas choices, a good overall selection and not over priced either.

We sat outside to enjoy our lunch of garlic prawns, chicken, patatas bravas and bread. Excellent - the garlic prawns were to die for and everything else gets a 5* The house wine was very reasonably priced and very, very palatable. All staff were excellent with Simon explaining dishes (almost to the point of giving us the recipe). Note on... More
