ok I love Hispanic food, and this is not good. I had a Calif burrito and what a disappointment. Try El Azteca , they make a great one. My husband had a fajita and so did my son and they were SOOO CHEAP that they gave us ONE ORDER of chips and a miniscule amount of salsa and we had... More

The food here is so good - you can tell you aren't getting anything like you would in a chain Mexican restaurant. I always get this great beef tongue sandwich there (torta de lengua, I believe) that you can't get most places. It is piled with meat and avocado and the bread is perfectly toasted. You can watch them make... More

One of the few places I've been able to find sopes outside CA... food is good here.. I definitely will come back... portions are generous and cooked to order. Finally a hole in the wall Mexican place I can agree with!

Amazing. The salsa took me back to memories of sitting by the beach in Cabo San Lucas.. so fresh. Next I tried one of their traditional Honduras plates. I watched the person in the kitchen make the tortillas from scratch and new it was going to be good. Also had the best refried beans. It was all fabulous. My husband... More

We were looking for a quick bite close to the Virginia Living museum. Found this place and had delicious tacos, guacamole and my husband ordered steak tampiqueno. Not much atmosphere but seemed to do a busy carry-out business.

Just superb Mexican food, as good as any I've had in San Diego, Texas, or New Mexico. Just superb food from this chef. Very inexpensive, cheaper than the chains, food twice as good. Ecellent casual.

We love Mexican food. My husband heard about this place and we decided to try it. Bad idea. The young server was working hard. Hustling. She was smiling and you could tell she was connected to her customers. The older lady maybe in her 40's (as compared to a teenager) was never smiling and not very helpful. She seemed not... More

My wife is from Costa Rica so wherever we live we try to find most authentic tacos. This place is the best locally that we've found. The tacos are on corn tortillas and come with fresh ingredients and lime to garnish. The white cheese sauce is excellent. It seems a little pricey at about $3 per taco but it can't... More

I come here often for a Carne Asada burrito and they have the best one around! It is truly authentic, reminds me of San Diego. The last time I went, I had the menudo and it was pretty good. I recommend this place for anyone looking for truly authentic mexican food.
