Lovely welcoming and helpful staff for ourselves who try our best with the French language but get stage fright!!! Sat outside in October but with heaters which I found quite pleasant!! Had razor clams, crab with spicy dip, duck with potatoes and salad, tuna tartare with potatoes and salad, crème brûlée and panacotta....there was a great amount and we only... More

We had a beautiful meal here on a late September midweek evening. I had probably the best tuna steak I have ever had in my life and my wife had an excellent plate of mussels; accompanied by a very nice Loire red (followed by sundaes - shhhhh!) The service was quick and attentive but never intrusive; plus the toilets were... More

We have been to St Martin several times over the years, and it has become a tradition that for lunch on our first day we have a ‘mouclade au curry’ at one of the restaurants around the harbour. The restaurants were all very crowded. However, we managed to find a table at’ La Marine’, which I am sure we have... More

Went here for a meal with friends who had just arrived and it had had good reviews in the Rough Guide. What a disappointment! The starters were ok but three of us ordered mussels and when they came they were not hot and had no sauce. We sent them back and they were replaced (with fresh frites) - the mussels... More

The wait staff were attentive and friendly. The food was appalling. The taco was not a taco, it was a wrap, prepared earlier in the day served cold, no flavour. The duo mussels were terrible, what gourmet chef would serve mussels in a cabonara type sauce with chunks of ham, the partner mussels being tasteless. The sardines seemed pre cooked... More

Good spot at far end of harbour but close to all the shops. Excellent sea food and desserts. Children less keen on the beef but we are used to local Hereford meat...Delicious local rose wine

We were looking for a place to have fresh fish, sit outside to enjoy the harbor, Le Marine is the place to be. We started with the seafood soup and then had fresh fish, served with the house white wine, that was chilled to the perfect temperature. Our server was very attentive to help make the evening a real treat.

Beautiful location right in front of the port Staff very efficient and friendly. I will recommend this cafe out of the others on the port.
