Great atmosphere, fabulous coffee and desserts. Andres (owner) is a delight and welcoming. They have a great selection of beer and cocktail drinks.

We had a wonderful night visiting Espressonista with a group of 6 visiting from Canada. This restaurant is a short walk from the town centre and away from the more touristy destinations. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance at this restaurant, there was an eclectic yet...More

Fun little restaurant with pricey but tasty, unusual dishes and friendly staff. Outside of the center of town which makes it less touristy.

What a unique and enticing spot! A feast for the eyes as well as the tastebuds. Espressionista is a restaurant, a store and an art gallery all rolled into a space full of charm and character. Loved the food, loved the vibe.

I visited Granada recently with friends who live in Managua. Espressionista is their "go to" spot for a quick refreshment or leisurely lunch in Granada--and I can see why! The tone is languid elegance in a garden setting. The food was local and delicious, featuring...More

Description
Modern environment in a neoclassical property constructed in 1886. We've forged a relationship with Nicaragua's best coffee producers to provide you with an excellent cup. High altitude, shade grown boutique crops yield coffees with a crisp and balanced acidity, roundness, sweetness and rich chocolate-like brews. These farmers know what they do. The poetry is ever intended at Espressonista. On your table we serve local, slightly smoked ham. The brie, the camembert and manchego are also from Masatepe and Matagalpa. Organic lettuce, baby asparagus and other greens from Ticuantepe. Chez nous, we know where everything comes from. We bake our own pastries and breads, make our own ice creams, brew our own beer. We love food, drink and good company. Join us!
