You get a front row seat to all the action in the Kitchen. Executive Chef Ernest Bledsoe is one of the most personable people you will meet. 9 courses over 2+ hours highlighted the best of their menu. His Sous Chefs were equally great, each...More

The restaurant has very modern decor and a fabulous view of the golf course and mountains with glass fireplaces. It is small enough to feel very intimate. A foodie could be very happy here. Offerings are limited but very creative and delicious. A good wine...More

All of the food at Elements kept me happy, but I have to say the bison was above and beyond. Perfectly tender and flavor, with an almost au poivre preparation. Do yourself a favor and make the journey.

Great service and wonderful food. Possibly the best service we have ever had! Breakfast is a little more casual, while dinner is high end. Local meats and produce.

Made all reservations in advance before arriving a few weeks ahead. This is a elegant dress up place with good food with an unusual flair. Much of the food and produce is grown on location and is fully organic at Primland. So I elected to...More

New chef so it is still good but not as good as the last time we visited. Lacked a bit of flavor, uses plenty of salt, etc. Squash soup for example last time it was to die for, flavor, presentation, fantastic and I dislike squash....More

Our husbands both wore button-down shirts and nice dress pants. (They suggest jackets but they don't insist upon them.) My girlfriend and I both wore casual dresses and we were all fine. The food is amazing!
