This was my second trip here for lunch. Both times the food has been excellent! The standard beers on tap are great and they have special ones that rotate through. Of special note today, the French fries are some of the best I've ever had anywhere. They are cooked to perfection and still taste great even at the end of... More

This its about what you would expect for a large bar with food. They do have a great selection of local brews, craft. I had the sampler of beer which is a great value. I was with a large group, we had a selection of appetizers like nachos, calamari, dip. I ordered the dogfish trio, a fried platter of fish,... More

Beer is awesome! I asked for the mahi mahi tacos and a namaste beer. Beer is excellent, food is nice. Fair price, well served dishes, good service and nice place. Good place to come with friends.

Great beer, great friendly service and great food - what more can you want! Try the pumpkin porter when it's in season.

Our food was very good, but the "beer for breakfast" was great if you like a strong beer. Our server was very good and knowledgeable about the beer offerings.

My husband and I were looking for a restaurant that served a good crab dip and Dogfish Head did not disappoint! We had tried Nantucket Reef's crab dip and we would totally recommend Dogfish. It was so good we took an order to go!

My son attends George Mason University and so when I get a chance, I sneak over to Dogfish Head Alshouse for a great brew and pub food. Both are excellent! Fun atmosphere to hang out or watch the game. Great menu and beer pairings.

The food portions were substantial and the service was prompt and attentive. We were a large group of 20 people and it was important to get good service.

Dogfish Head makes some of the best craft beers in the US. The Ale House always has at least a dozen on tap. The menu is typical brewpub, but well executed, with good burgers, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and appetizers. I love their cream of crab soup. Burgers are cooked just right, nice and juicy. Service is friendly and casual. It... More

Found this ale house/restaurant by Dogfish Head brewing. Wonderful food at good prices with their award winning draft beers. On top of that the Bartenders all 3 were friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely a wonderful evening. Just hate it that their 1600 miles from my home.

Thank Richard J
