We enjoyed our waitress but the salsas, entrees were very mild and less Mexican than American in flavor.

So Los Tres Magueyes, may not have the very best Mexican food in Danville, but it does have the best Shrimp dishes and salsa. The decor is interesting but a little dated. The prices are fair. It is located just below the city's biggest hotel making it convenient for travelers.

This has been our family's favorite Mexican eatery for over 20 years! Delicious, comforting dishes that I order again and again. Never disappoints. Friendly staff that gets to know you over the years. Kids love the colorful décor too. Seasonal outdoor dining available.

Respectable Mexican at a very reasonable price. Wait service is near perfection. Never an empty salsa, chips, water, or other accoutrements. I go there every time I'm in Danville racing at VIR.

Great, friendly service. Menu was typical but complete as you would normally expect. Two bowls of chips with the offer of more, only one kind of salsa offered though but that is being picky. Food was delivered quick and portions were ample. Family of four ate for $50. Overall I would go back.

Stopped here for lunch during a recent stay in Danville for a wedding. Food was pretty good and service was alright. My brothers' dish was forgotten...the rest of us were served and he had to remind the waitress. She wasn't the one that brought out the food (side note...a slight irritant of mine when your particular server doesn't serve the... More

Well seasoned food. Good service. Nice outdoor seating space in addition to the indoor dining area. The outdoor area is available for smokers so we lucked out when the only smokers around left shortly after we arrived.

I don't see what there is to like about this place, but they're still in business! Food was greasy, and we both had upset stomachs after the meal!

The service was good. The waiter, though not understanding exactly what I wanted, as far as an itemized receipt, was attentive. I didn't get the side of guacamole I ordered. I had the nachos with steak, chicken and shrimp. It was average for the local Mexican fare. Do Mexicans really eat cheese sauce? I guess I'm always disappointed when I... More

No sooner than we were seated a waiter was there and had our order. The food was out quickly and as ordered. The portion was very good and it was hot and tasty. Busy place!
