Love Olive Garden and eat at them wherever we go. However this one is the best in the Tri-Cities TN area. Great staff and food prep seems better than others in the area.

I went here solo while on a business trip. It was about 4pm on a Monday. I was seated immediately and my server quickly got my drink. I got soup and breadsticks to start, both were cooked well. Me entree was a make your own Cucina Mia which also was cooked well and tasted good. My server was friendly and... More
We came into the Olive Garden on Lee Highway in Bristol VA off exit 7 On March 4th at about 5 pm. It was busy and we were told our wait would be about 30 to 40 minutes. We were there for my granddaughters birthday and we told them we would wait. Forty min. went by and we were still... More
Visited: 2/24/17 @ 7pm I hate to write a bad review, but the management really needs to improve on this location!! We ordered soup, salad, and an appetizer. Simple enough. One good think about Olive Garden is that you sort of know what you are getting before you go. This one is quite good. Getting to the parking lot area is a bit of a maze, but once there, it is a good experience. Excellent service.
They accommodated 13 of us for dinner very quickly. I would have given a 5 star review but our service was a little slow. We had a hard time getting refills on bread and drinks. The food and cocktails were amazing. I ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara and tiramisu. It's worth the trip.
Very clean, good service, good food. One adult, three teens and one child eating spaghetti and chicken parm and mostly drinking water our bill was over $100 with tip. Too expensive to enjoy more than a few times a year.
