We love eating at Bryant House. It doesn't matter what you order it's fresh and prepared when ordered, not ahead of time. The Reuben sandwich is delicious! I know you won't be disappointed.

When you've finished shopping at the Vermont Country Store, stop here for a delicious lunch. We were two couples, one visiting from England, and two of us had the chicken pot pie, and two had the Yankee Pot Roast. Rave reviews all the way around. The pumpkin pie dessert won rave reviews from our English friend who confessed that she'd... More

Come in for the history Kama stay for the food and drink. The Bryant house it has a nice little bar, a small but good menu, although I would suggest getting any sauces on the side they tend to overdo that a bit. The rest however is all upside, the service is phenomenal, the patrons are a good mix of... More

Our party of 16 dined here during our Christmas trip to Vermont. They sat us all in one private dining room. The home cooking was good and the service was exceptional! Definitely recommend giving the Bryant House a try when you're in Vemont.

Our family of four visited during winter school break. We arrived at 2:00 pm and there were plenty of tables at that time. Service was good, everyone very friendly. We highly recommend the triple berry pie and the grilled cheese sandwiches. The soup and half sandwich was the perfect amount to leave room for dessert. The beef stew was thick... More

We stopped in for a late lunch on Black Friday after our first time visit to the Vermont Country Store. I don't know if I would bother going back to the Vermont Country Store but the food and service at the Bryant House made it worth the trip. I had a delicious if unconventional reuben sandwich consisting of corned beef... More

This is the real thing, built in 1827 it has a small but comfy dining and separate bar area. The menu is the same but everything I've eaten has been very good. They have a full bar, phenomenal staff, and an inviting atmosphere that makes you feel as though you stepped 100 years. My only cautions, the last service is... More

This is truly one of the best meals we have ever eaten in a restaurant. The menu has some unique options while offering comfort favorites such as shepard's pie. The staff is so friendly treating patrons like old friends making you wish that you lived here instead of just passing through. I hope we get a chance to return soon.

Just across the parking lot from the fabulous Vermont Country Store you will be glad you came to lunch here. Many old New England favorites like Shepherd's Pie and wonderful soups from locally-sourced vegetables and meat. Don't miss it but book it as they are usually busy.
