Good varied menu selection and delicious breakfasts whipped up by the B&B owner. He enjoys adding a couple specials for the weekends.

Would not miss breakfast at the Gabbles Inn when I am in Stowe. Had eggs Benedict this morning and the Holandaise sauce was just fabulous as usual. My friend had the classic breakfast but with corned beef hash, and that was as well excellent.

The Gables Inn has a interesting menu. One of my favorites is the Chicken Liver dish, I am sure it will not appeal to some people as a breakfast choice. Randy is a very good Chief and Host.
Highly recommend their breakfast!! "Two on a raft" delicious. Pancakes best in town. Tables on the lawn or on the porch.
We manage to have breakfast here every time we're in Stowe. Food is great and one can eat outside on the lawn if you are traveling with a pet.
