Very inventive dishes - but most do not hit the mark. This is a restaurant that tries had and has interesting offerings, but most miss the mark. Great and friendly service

This is our second visit. The cocktail was innovative; the wine list good and reasonable. The Hamachi special appetizer was great; the oysters very good with creative accompaniments. The pasta was amazing. The desert of apples fun interesting but the main course was an utter disappointment. We had the pork and the chicken. Just boring not well prepared. Somewhat bizarre... More

Just wow. I heard about SoLo Farm and Table on Boston's Chronicle show. The story of the restaurant enticed me to call and grab a last-minute reservation and plan a snowshoeing trip with my sweetie. We drove up to Londonderry from Boston and spent some time on the trails before heading to SoLo. We we ready for a good meal,... More

Everything started with a gracious welcome from Chloe, warm and smiling and making us feel right at home. And when we found ourselves next to a table of 8 loud people, we asked to be moved, and she put us on the porch, which made us feel like we were eating at home. Very nice. And quiet. The server was... More

Ok, so I'm busy. I'd heard of SoLo for the past year or two, and finally my wife and I went there yesterday for dinner on a winter weekend Saturday, not exactly the best time to get a reservation at the hottest restaurant in the entire Green Mountain state! So when we called, the suggestion was "Why don't you come... More

According the reviews it should be very good. But nah. I've got the idea that they try to make everything special. The cocktail I had was 'different', not bad but to much. I'm sure they use perfect locale produce. But why don't stick to the basic and don't try to make it ultra special. A little to much flavours. The... More

We visited SoLo to celebrate a friend's birthday and HOLY COW was it an incredibly wonderful meal. Chloe greeted us warmly, as though we were old friends, which we weren't since this was our first time there. When we asked to be reseated because the party next to us was being quite boisterous, she cooperated with warmth, humor and charm.... More

This is our second year in the row making a family holiday trip to Stratton, VT. And our second annual dinner at SoLo. First of all, I think that food at SoLo is completely different from what is generally available. Chef Wesley is really creative and inspired in his interpretation of traditional cuisine. The menu is comprised around products from... More

We visited SoLo recently with another couple and had a lovely evening. The restaurant itself is just so beautiful, skilfully decorated and accented perfectly with the lighting. The meal was outstanding and we were pleased with the wine choices as well. Every detail of this restaurant from the menu to the wine to the light fixtures is made with such... More

Been here several times and it is my favorite of all the fine dining restaurants in the Manchester, VT area. From the moment Chloe greets you until she brings your coat when you are ready to leave, you are treated to a luxurious evening. The decor, the service, the ambiance, the presentation-- all top-notch. And the food! The menu varies... More
